The Oates Triple Action Microfibre Wet Mop Refill is constructed from 100% microfibre, which effectively lifts and removes dirt, dust, grime, and scuff marks from floors. This refill can be used either wet or dry, making it versatile for different cleaning tasks. It is suitable for tiles, polished timber floors, and other smooth surfaces. The design allows for easy pad changes; simply align the pad with the mop and apply light pressure to secure it. To remove, hold one corner of the pad and pull it away from the frame slowly.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear.
