Warnings:
Apply and remove carefully from sensitive or fragile skin. Seek medical advice for serious wounds and burns, or if redness or discomfort occurs. For single use only.
Directions:
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound.
- Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin. Stop any bleeding and ensure the skin is completely dry.
- Remove dressing from pouch and peel off the top release paper.
- Place the dressing using light pressure and smooth it down.
- To remove, lift one corner and stretch the film parallel to the skin.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
