Directions
- Insert the mask in the microwave and heat according to the following timings:
- 800W: 25 seconds
- 900W: 20 seconds
- 1000W: 15 seconds
- Check the temperature before applying.
- Apply the mask for 10 minutes, not exceeding 2 times a day, or as advised by your medical professional.
- For cold therapy, freeze the mask for up to 30 minutes and apply for 5 minutes to help with puffy and irritated eyes.

30-day change-of-mind returns
