The brushless motor technology reduces friction and wear, ensuring efficient operation and a cooler motor. The tool-free chain tensioning system allows for quick and safe adjustments, while automatic chain oiling keeps the bar and chain lubricated for optimal performance. Safety features include a chain brake that stops the chain within milliseconds and a trigger safety lock to prevent accidental starts. This chainsaw is compatible with the Ozito PXC 18V Lithium-Ion Battery, which is sold separately, and is intended for DIY use only.

30-day change-of-mind returns

A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
