Feeding Directions:
Administer 0.5g per kilo of your pet’s body weight, with a maximum of 0.75g for optimal benefits. Adjust dosage based on your pet's weight as follows:

- 5kg: 2.5g (1/2 tspn) daily
- 10kg: 5g (1 tspn) daily
- 15kg: 7.5g (1 1/2 tspn) daily
- 20kg: 10g (2 tspn) daily
- 30kg: 15g (3 tspn) daily
- 40kg+: 20g (4 tspn) daily

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
