General Information
Pinetarsol is a soap-free cleanser for itchy, inflamed skin without causing further irritation. A soap-free cleanser for itchy, inflamed skin. It gently cleanses while replenishing moisture to relieve the sensation of itch rapidly so that the skin does not become further irritated. Best used on normal to oily skin types and conditions such as hives and chickenpox. Avoid using soap, as even 'mild' ones have a high pH (9 to 11) and can irritate red, itchy skin. Pinetarsol contains the natural ingredient, pine tar, to maintain the skin's natural oils and reduce exacerbation of the condition. Used to relieve the symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, chickenpox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, hives, insect bites, and anal and genital itching.

Ingredients
Phenethyl alcohol 1.0% w/w as preservative.
Tar (pine tar) 2.3% w/w, trolamine lauryl sulfate 6% w/w.
Directions
*One capful contains 10 ml. For very inflamed skin, use with water. Shake bottle before use.
Bath: Add 15-30 ml* to a warm to tepid bath (5 ml* in baby's bath or hand basin). Bathe for 5-10 minutes once daily, more often in severe cases. Pat skin dry.
Shower: Apply directly to wet skin, leave a few minutes, and briefly rinse. Pat skin dry.
For small areas/patients in bed: Add 10 ml to 3 L of water, sponge, and pat skin dry.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
