Each carton contains 50 left and 50 right ties, and they can be used in pairs to achieve double the capacity. The truss ties comply with Australian Standards AS7120.1-2010, AS/NZS1170, AS4055-2006, AS1684.2-2010, and AS1684.3-2010 when installed according to Pryda’s Design Guidelines.

30-day change-of-mind returns

A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
