QV Gentle Wash is designed for dry and sensitive skin. It works to maintain hydration during cleansing so skin is left clean and soft. QV Gentle Wash is also non-comedogenic, so it won't block pores.
QV Gentle Wash is specially designed for dry or sensitive skin. The innovative formulation maintains skin hydration during cleansing to ensure the skin is left clean and soft—not dry and tight. It is suitable for conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. It is a non-drying formulation, fragrance-free, and propylene glycol-free. Dermatologically tested and non-comedogenic.

Warnings
Avoid eyes. For external use only. If lather enters eyes, rinse with clean water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Ingredients
Aqua (water), glycerin, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, lauryl betaine, sodium cocoyl isethionate, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, styrene/acrylates copolymer, aminomethyl propanol, methylparaben, and propylparaben.

Directions
Use daily in the shower or bath. Apply the desired amount of QV Gentle Wash to wet skin and lightly massage. Rinse and gently pat skin dry. For best results, apply QV Skin Lotion or QV Cream immediately after bathing. For persistent dry or sensitive skin, try QV Bath Oil.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
