What Are Padsicles?
A Padsicle is a unique combination of a maxi pad and a popsicle, offering cold therapy and maximum absorption in one convenient disposable pad. Experience soothing relief for your lady parts and perineum with:

- Easy activation—just fold and shake
- Adhesive strip for secure placement
How to Use:
- Keep the plastic wrapper unopened and fold the pad in half until you hear a pop.
- Gently shake to activate the cooling particles.
- Remove the pad from the plastic cover and stick it directly to your underwear.
Warnings:
For external use only. Do not puncture or damage the pad. If content enters eyes or skin, seek medical attention immediately. Single use only.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
