This Reolink NVS8-12MD41TMP security bundle includes an NVS8 network video recorder, four 12MP PoE dome cameras and one PoE TrackMix dual lens camera. The system provides 12MP ultra high definition footage, Power over Ethernet installation and 24/7 recording with a 2TB built in hard drive. TrackMix technology supports dual lens auto tracking with 6x hybrid zoom, while smart AI detection can identify person, vehicle, pet and package activity. Weatherproof cameras, spotlights for colour night vision and app access make it practical for monitoring property day and night.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number and photos or a video of the fault. You don’t need the original packaging to make a faulty-item claim. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded and may apply beyond this period.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
