Directions
Use only on clean, dry skin. Open Pedi-Expert and snap precision stainless steel micro-files into the cover. Hold Pedi-Expert securely in the palm of your hand and press gently against the area to be treated. Start at the thickest area of the dead skin you want to remove and slide the Pedi-Expert slowly back and forth lengthwise. When finished, remove top cover and empty skin shavings into the trash. Use the bottom finishing file to further smooth down your feet to maintain their appearance between treatments.
After use: Wash Pedi-Expert top cover, micro-file and bottom finishing file with soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly after each use.

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
