This silicone sealant is specifically formulated for use on various roofing materials, including Colorbond® and BlueScope Steel. It provides superior adhesion and flexibility, making it ideal for repairing leaks in roofing and guttering systems. With a temperature resistance range of -60°C to +150°C, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The sealant is also safe for contact with drinking water and is guaranteed for 25 years against cracking, crumbling, and peeling. Available in multiple Colorbond® colours, including Surfmist, it can also be used for weatherproofing caravans and trucks.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
