Selleys Brick and Concrete Sealant 415g Silicone Waterproof Flexible is a 100% silicone sealant designed for superior adhesion to concrete and fibre cement surfaces.
This silicone sealant provides a long-lasting, flexible, and waterproof seal, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It is ideal for sealing joints in walls, patios, floors, fencing, and windows, as well as expansion joints in concrete. With a temperature resistance range from -40°C to +140°C and a movement capability of +/- 50%, it can withstand building movement. The product is non-corrosive and comes with a 25-year guarantee against cracking, crumbling, or peeling away. It is important to note that it should not be used on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon, and pre-testing on plastics is recommended.
