Selleys Flame Flex Sealant 435g Grey Fire Acoustic Sealant High-Performance is a fire and acoustic-rated sealant designed for construction joints and gaps in bushfire-prone areas.
This high-performance sealant is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, effectively sealing gaps in walls, windows, and doors. It is compatible with various surfaces including concrete, brick, timber, plaster, cement sheeting, metals, and most plastics. Selleys FlameFlex can be applied to wet or damp surfaces without the need for a primer on most materials. Once fully cured, it is sandable and comes with a 10-year water-tight seal guarantee. This sealant meets BCA acoustic requirements and is ideal for use in external and internal control joints in fire-rated constructions.
