Selleys 310g Translucent Roof and Gutter Silicone Waterproof Sealant 3 Pack is a versatile sealant designed for metal and tiled roofing applications, ensuring waterproofing and durability.
This silicone sealant is specifically formulated for use on various roofing and guttering materials, including Colorbond® and BlueScope Steel. It provides a strong, flexible seal that is resistant to UV rays and extreme temperatures ranging from -60°C to +150°C. The product is suitable for contact with drinking water and can be applied to a wide range of surfaces such as copper, aluminium, brass, zinc, galvanised metals, rigid PVC, rubber, glass, terracotta, concrete, and glazed tiles. Selleys Roof and Gutter Silicone is ideal for repairing leaks and is guaranteed for 25 years against cracking, crumbling, and peeling. It is important to note that it should not be used on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon, and pre-testing of plastics is recommended.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
