This 100% silicone sealant is specifically formulated for interior applications, making it suitable for sealing wet areas such as shower screens, baths, spas, sinks, and plumbing fixtures. It contains a fungicidal protector that effectively resists mould and fungal growth, ensuring a clean and durable finish. The sealant adheres well to a variety of surfaces including ceramic, glazed and porcelain fixtures, metal, copper and brass fittings, plastic laminates, rubber, glass, stainless steel, concrete, and grouts. Selleys Wet Area Silicone Sealant comes with a 25-year guarantee against crumbling, cracking, or peeling, and is available in multiple colours including Clear, Ivory, Off White, Mocha, Light Grey, Dark Grey, and Black. Note that it is not suitable for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon, and pre-testing of plastics is recommended.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
