The Sika Abelrod Gap Filler serves as an effective vertical and horizontal joint filler in concrete and masonry substrates, particularly between precast concrete panels and interior walls. It is suitable for sealing skylights, shop fronts, and curtain wall construction. With excellent recovery properties, this product can endure years of compression and expansion, providing a reliable seal against dirt and water ingress. Additionally, it is applicable in swimming pools, draft proofing, dust sealing, sealing electrical control boxes, and in truck and trailer construction. The foam is highly resistant to weathering and common chemicals, meeting the Australian Standard AS2170 for plastic materials intended for food contact use.
