It comes with an aluminum heatsink for effective heat dissipation and a silicone thermal pad for improved thermal conductivity. Designed for NVMe M.2 SSD only, this expansion card can fully utilize the performance of the NVMe SSD.

Important Note
- This model is for use with NVMe SSD only; SATA M.2 SSD is Not supported
- It supports physical PCIe x4, x8, and x16 slot only; PCIe x1 slots are not supported
- It supports logical/throughput interface up to PCIe x4
- NVMe M.2 SSD requires the use of Intel 9 series (Z97, H97, Z170, X99) or higher version chipset-based motherboard with Windows 8 or higher operating system
- If there is a yellow exclamation mark under the Device Manager after installation, you may need to check if additional driver required from SSD manufacturer
- Legacy motherboard without built-in NVMe M.2 slot can't support booting operating system from PCI Express

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
