Simplecom SD326 USB 3.0 to SATA Hard Drive Docking Station offers swappable access to 2.5" and 3.5" SATA HDD/SSD without having to mount the hard drive or install it in an enclosure. It provides a simple, fast, and cost effective solution for data recovery, drive imaging, or any environment that requires fast access to 3.5" or 2.5" drives. The super speed USB 3.0 interface supports transfer rate up to 5Gbps.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
