The SmarteX-PRESS 15mm Copper Cap facilitates a flame-free installation, significantly reducing fire risks during setup. It is designed for quick and easy installation using widely available press tools, creating a secure and permanent pressed joint. This product is suitable for both hot and cold potable water systems, with a maximum temperature of 95°C. Manufactured to Australian Standards AS3688 and WaterMark certified, it guarantees quality and safety for residential and commercial plumbing applications. SmarteX fittings simplify the connection of copper tubing, ensuring efficient water distribution. Note that this product must be installed by a licensed plumber and is compatible with approved press tools such as Novopress, Milwaukee, Viega, Rothenberger, Ridgid, and KemPress.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
