The formula is not recommended for silk or wool fabrics. For optimal results, it is advised to separate colours from whites and use double the recommended amount for heavily soiled items. Pairing with Comfort Fabric Conditioner can enhance fabric softness and longevity.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
