Made from M2 High Speed Steel (HSS), this drill bit combines strength, heat resistance, and wear resistance, making it ideal for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including steel, aluminium, brass, wood, and plastics. The blue surface finish is specifically designed for ferrous applications, reducing chip build-up and cutting friction, particularly in low carbon steels. The longer flute and overall length of the Sutton Tools Blue Bullet Long Series drills allow for deeper hole drilling compared to standard drill bits.
