1. Choose the Right Size - Ensure you select the correct size for a comfortable and secure fit.
2. Wear Like Regular Underwear - Simply pull the pants up like normal underwear.
3. Adjust for Comfort - Make sure the waistband sits snugly, and the leg openings are secure to prevent leaks.
4. Removing the Pants - Tear open one or both side seams to remove the pants easily or simply pull down like regular underwear.
5. Dispose Properly - Do not flush. Dispose of the used pants in a bin

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
