• Small - (Heavy duty only) Men's shoe sizes 7 and under. Women's shoe sizes 9 and under. (Weight under 80 lbs.)
• Regular - Men's shoe sizes 7 and under. Women's shoe sizes 9 and under. (Weight under 175 lbs.)
• Large - Men's shoe sizes 8 and up. Women's shoe sizes 10 and up. (Weight over 175 lbs.)
• Heel cups are always sold as a PAIR.
• Made from a soft gel but supportive latex-free material.
• Up to a 1/4 inch lift depending on impact and weight.
• Best worn outside of socks.
• To select size most people go by weight and shoe size, however if your feet are larger or smaller than you believe is standard for your weight, we recommend you ordering accordingly. See below.

How can I clean my Heel Cups?

Tuli's Heel cups may be hand washed with warm water and mild soap. Air dry.

Should the heel cup move in my shoe?

No, if the heel cup moves in your shoe, either your shoe or the heel cup is the wrong size or the shoe may not be suitable for a heel cup.

Do I need to wear heel cups in both shoes?

Yes, to ensure proper balance, always wear Tuli's heel cups in both shoes.
