The UGREEN External M.2 SSD Inclosure is meant to connect a SATA NGFF-based M.2 SSD to a computer for more stable and quicker data exchange. It easily turns an M.2 SSD into a portable external hard drive that helps to reuse your old M.2 SSD.

Warm Reminder
If your M.2 SSD drive is the first time you're using it, please reformat it before using it. Do as following instructions: My Computer—Disc Management—Reformatting the drive. This SSD inclosure doesn't support PCIe NVMe/AHCI M.2 SSDs, like the Samsung 970 EVO Plus and WD Black SN750. Some SSD drives have both M.2 SATA, mSATA, and SATA versions available; for example, the Samsung 860 EVO. Please check to make sure that your drive is an M.2 NGFF SSD before purchase.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

- WA: 5–10 business days
Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
