A DVI-I to VGA adapter cable connects a desktop or laptop with a DVI 24+5 analog video card to an HDTV, monitor, projector, or display with a VGA port at a resolution of up to 1080P (a VGA male-to-male cable is needed, sold separately).
Specifications:
This DVI-I to VGA adapter is ideal for digital signage, video presentations, point-of-sale displays, classrooms, and other similar applications. Notes: It can only deliver video signals. Audio signals need to be transferred separately through an audio cable (not included).
Compatibility: Desktop or PC with DVI-I 24+5 output; flat panel displays, digital CRT displays, projectors, monitors, and HDTV with VGA input. Notes: It only supports signals from a DVI computer to a VGA display. It would not work the other way.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
