This Ultrahuman Ring AIR in brushed rose gold helps monitor sleep, activity, stress, heart health, workouts and recovery through one intuitive app with no subscription required. It provides sleep stage insights, activity tracking, heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature and recovery information. Crafted from space grade titanium with a smooth hypoallergenic inner shell, the ring offers wireless charging, up to 6 days battery life and water resistance up to 100 metres. This size 7 model includes the ring, charging dock and Type C to Type C cable.
