This Ultrahuman Ring Air in Matte Grey tracks sleep, activity, stress, heart health, workouts and recovery through one app with no subscription required. It supports heart rate monitoring, skin temperature, HRV, multisport tracking and cycle and ovulation tracking. The lightweight titanium design offers everyday comfort, wireless charging, up to 6 days battery life and 100 metre water resistance.
