This Ultrahuman Ring Air in Space Silver is designed to monitor sleep, activity, stress, heart health, workouts and recovery through one intuitive app. It offers detailed sleep stage tracking, activity insights, heart rate monitoring and dynamic recovery information using metrics such as HRV and skin temperature. The ring is made from titanium and supports Android, iOS and the Ultrahuman App.
