This Ultrahuman Ring Air in Space Silver is designed to track a wide range of health and fitness metrics in one app. It monitors sleep stages, activity, stress, heart health, workouts, recovery, heart rate, heart rate variability and skin temperature. The titanium ring is lightweight for everyday wear and includes wireless charging, up to 6 days battery life and water resistance up to 100 metres.
