This Village Roadshow Super Pass includes unlimited entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild and Paradise Country over seven consecutive days from the date of first visit. The pass covers rides, shows and attractions during normal advertised operating days and hours, excluding night and special events. The ticket is sent by mail and should be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

30-day change-of-mind returns

A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
