This Vitamix Ascent 2500i Black and Dry Grains Bundle is designed for blending, heating, pureeing, crushing ice, chopping, grinding, whipping, whole food juicing, mixing and churning. Self Detect technology recognises the container size and adjusts blending time, while interlock technology prevents operation if the lid or container is not secure. The bundle includes the A2500i blender, 2 litre container, 1.4 litre dry grains container and tamper, making it suitable for smoothies, juices, hot soups, flours, dough, nut butter, frozen desserts, batters, dressings, sauces and non dairy milk.
