Voost Magnesium Natural Citrus Effervescent Tablets are formulated with magnesium carbonate hydrate, equivalent to magnesium 200 mg per tablet. Designed for adults, each tablet dissolves in 200 ml of water to create a natural citrus flavoured supplement drink.
