Cholesterol is an ancient super ingredient used to repair, moisturise and replenish hair after repeated styling processes.

Cholesterol in Watermans ConditionMe comes from sheep’s wool ‘Lanolin’. Lanolin also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties that protect the skin from infection. It is;

Using Watermans ConditionMe regularly can help protect the hair from becoming damaged during heat straightening and blow drying.
Directions:
- Directions for normal use: After Shampooing, rinse hair and apply Watermans ConditionMe, massage into hair from root to tip, comb hair through to ends and leave for 2-3 Minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with cool water for added shine.
- Directions for deep conditioning treatments: For a Deep conditioning treatment cover hair with a plastic cap or towel. Keep on hair for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove cap or towel and rinse thoroughly

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
