This Waterpik handheld shower head is designed to deliver a wider massage zone with pulsating streams to target areas such as the lower back and shoulders. It includes six spray settings, Dual PowerPulse massage, Bliss Mist spray and hybrid power control built into the handle for one handed spray strength adjustment. The handheld design and 1.5 metre stainless steel hose make it useful for showering, bathing children or pets, cleaning the shower and everyday washing.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
