This 4-person tent is designed to be weather-resistant and water-resistant with its double-layer 190T polyester fabric construction. The fabric also provides excellent ventilation and climate control for comfortable use at all times. Better still, the cross-pole design allows for extra headroom and ease of movement within the tent. Structure-wise, the tent is made sturdy and stable with the use of fiberglass poles for excellent durability. Not least, the tent includes a handy carry bag for storage and transport with minimum hassle.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
