Made with a 190T polyester ripstop outer layer, a 190T polyester pongee inner layer and filled two layers of 260gsm hollow fibre filling, the sleeping bag offers superb warmth that outrivals even your much-loved quilt at home. Soft, breathable and utmost comfort in unforgiving conditions. Even with all the layers of warmth, our extraordinary sleeping bag is also extremely lightweight and compact. It is easy to carry for long treks, hikes and climbs and its all-weather protection and tear-resistance ensure it remains in good shape, even if you are not. 30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
