The Wilmaplex Ezistep Stringers are crafted for easy assembly, featuring two timber sides (stringers) and twelve stainless decking screws. Treads must be purchased separately, with grooved designs that comply with the Australian Building Code for slip resistance. Made from H3, LOSP Treated Pine, these stringers are suitable for above-ground outdoor use. The product is designed for quick assembly using a power drill and a #10 (No.2) square attachment. It is important to note that timber may have variations in colour and texture, and sap leakage may occur, necessitating the use of oil-based paint with primer. Ensure timber is dried for approximately two weeks prior to painting due to varying weather conditions across Australia. The recommended tread dimensions are 240mm in depth and 45mm in thickness, available in widths of 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm. For treads wider than 1000mm, a centre brace is advised for additional support. The deck to ground height is 480mm, with a distance of 565mm out from the deck.
