Our Half Bibal Insole implements a urethane gel (rather than silicone) design that offers excellent cushioning, superb durability, and resilience. The TPU film provides structural support, shock absorption, and grip, allowing your feet to handle impact over rough, rocky, or uneven surfaces. These insoles are made in South Korea, focusing on enhancing your comfort. We seek the best functional insoles by choosing good materials. The TPU film is durable enough to return to its original state even after being stepped on by a vehicle.
The semi-rigid arch support fits various arch shapes and bears 120% of your body weight. It is suitable for those who have an arch height of less than 3 cm.
How to use / proper care:
- For the best fit, remove your existing insole and replace it with the Bibal Insole.
- Place the insole, holding it in place as you slide your foot in.
- Clean with running water and air dry.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
