The base contains a ceramic PTC heating element, a technology that provides safe, powerful and ultra efficient heating. The cover zips around the rack to form a sealed tent, which keeps warm air contained and circulating around your damp garments to dry garments quickly and efficiently, with minimal creasing.

Positive Temperature Coefficient heating, or PTC, is a unique technology that generates heat with ceramic stones instead of resistance wires. They will only generate enough heat to fulfil their programmed time, which limits overheating for safety and efficiency.
